Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
TripGuard is an iPhone app made by SiteWire AI. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: we don't collect any of it.
What we collect
Nothing. TripGuard has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not send your photos, trips or notes to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your iPhone
- Trip details you type in, such as the car, plate, trip ID, host name, dates and location.
- Photos you take or choose, a captioned copy of each, their capture times and SHA-256 fingerprints.
- Condition marks, notes, odometer and fuel readings, and any damage claim details you enter.
This information is stored in the app's private storage on your device. If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, it is included in those backups under Apple's terms. Deleting a trip or the app removes it from your device.
Camera and photo library
The camera opens only when you tap Take Photo. When you choose photos from your library, iOS gives TripGuard only the photos you pick; the app cannot browse the rest of your library.
Sharing
When you tap Share or Copy, the photo or text goes wherever you send it, through Apple's share sheet or clipboard. What happens next is governed by the app or person you share with.
Children
TripGuard is meant for adults who rent cars and is not directed to children.
The website
This website uses no cookies or analytics. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address under Google's privacy policy. The web demo stores its example data only in your browser.
